Generally speaking, there are several ways to connect FRP pipes.

1. Winding butt This street form is to align two tubes and then wind them to the appropriate thickness and width with resin-impregnated reinforcing materials of different scales (glass cloth, felt or felt roving). This kind of joint has good sealing performance and can withstand large internal pressure. It is generally used for the connection of straight pipes, elbows, tees and reducers.
2. Flare socket joint There are many options for this kind of joint. One end of the tube is generally made into a bell-shaped bell mouth, and the next connecting tube is inserted into it, usually sealed with a round (or other shape) rubber gasket. Therefore, this method is sometimes referred to as an "O-ring" connection.
3. The casing connection is a casing with a diameter slightly larger than the pipe diameter, the inner surface is coated with cement, and the outer ends of the two glass fiber reinforced plastic pipes are also coated with cement. Then insert two glass fiber reinforced plastic pipes into the casing, and the cement can be used after curing.
4. Hose joint This joint only covers a rubber sleeve at the opposite ends of the two pipes, and the two ends of the sleeve are clamped with stainless steel belts and fastened with screws. In addition, there are flange joints, adhesive joints, etc., but they are generally not used for underground pipelines.
